Seminar on doing business with Hong Kong and China + Networking Lunch

Sheraton Seattle Hotel
1400 Sixth Avenue, Seattle, Washington 98101

Tuesday | July 15, 2008 | 8:30am - 2:00pm

A half-day seminar program brought together leading experts from Hong Kong and Zhuhai speaking about China's business environment and its abundant economic potential, as well as a panel of U.S. business executives sharing their business experience, success stories and challenges in doing business with China and Hong Kong.

China's rapid development is opening new doors for American companies in the Pearl River Delta (PRD) region. With the right entry strategy, any company can enjoy the benefits China brings.

One of the best way to get started is through Hong Kong for its reliable legal systems, professional services and world-class infrastructure.

Located at the southern end of the Pearl River Delta area, Zhuhai is also one of the first Special Economic Zones which is fast becoming a powerful modern port city, science and education city, as well as a regional hub for transportation.

Zhuhai's leading industries are telecommunications equipment, computers, and other electronics, electric equipment and machinery, office equipment, chemicals, plastic products, medical and pharmaceutical products, transport equipment, garments and footwear, food, and textiles.

Hong Kong and Zhuhai together offer an opportunity for businesses in the state of Washington to explore the emerging greater China market.
